The Art of Real Life

The Form – Reality Practice™ is a twenty first century instrument of the
Authentic Self to bring about a new humanity, through the creation of a new self. This is the calling for the awakening, communion, communication and connection with authenticity in each and every one of us.
 
In a real practice, in my own experience, our whole attention is placed at the seat of the Authentic Self deep within our self. We learn to bring total awareness to the heart and begin to function from an ever deeper experience of heart opening to all of life.
Over this marathon you will have noticed that practising so intensely has awakened energies, frequencies, possibilities, profound knowingness and perception within your awareness consciousness. Through the practice we begin to not only tap into the place we came out of but to realise that actually we have never left that place: never! We recognize that the ground of Being is already free and complete, and expresses as the Authentic Self. You could say it is the Universal Self expressing in this moment, Reality. This moment is brightness, aliveness, the whole universe full of radiant life and expression. From the perspective of Authentic Self, that is all there is: bright golden radiant expression. 
 
Now let’s look at our humanness, this human vehicle: as we come toward where the whole of humanity is functioning, from different levels of consciousness, awareness, levels of social, moral and religious belief systems from the different cultures we live in and societies we have created. Looking at those structures, we can see that the heart has been closed; we have closed it by functioning from organised separation. We have actually organised separation, shielding ourselves from the truth that we are One, that there is only One and that all of us are most definitely that “One” - and that One is evolving consciousness and its forms in us, through us, as us! As we hear the call beyond those structures, as we bring our attention to the door of what is calling – the true heart - and we live as ‘all heart openness’, we start to awaken to profound knowingness. As we give all our energy, attention and awareness to the very core of our Being, to the very place that is pulsing, we begin to know that to be our Universe.
 
In the profound practice you have just participated in during this marathon, holding the 'Moments' of Reality Practice is tuning you in to the highest, deepest vibration and awakening you on many levels. It is awakening you where you have gone to sleep in that organised separation, where you are not being the response of the Authentic Self, able to move as That in the self. This is the awakening as we are reaching the finishing line. We have learned so much together; running together, holding hands together, breathing together, taking all the bumps and lumps, the up-hills, the down-hills, the sharp bends together. Literally we have been running together, being in that experience together as One awakening our real profound connection and endeavour right now in this human form, to give that communication. We are awakening many parts of the sleepy self and embracing those parts of our humanness from what we truly are in the deep, the Authentic Self. That awakening has been happening with you on many different levels of your Universal Self, walking, sleeping as a human being. Not all is sleeping yet there is much to awaken and so a profound practice is essential. A practice that has us devotedly connecting to our innermost depths of divinity and in surrendered open response to what we are knowing to be true in this, we are building real self knowledge.
 
Real self knowledge means you don’t necessarily know what that knowledge is. Real self knowledge is: I may not as yet know, I don't understand what I know as yet but I know I will understand.  You begin to understand self knowledge through human experience, as the Authentic Self begins to awaken in experience amongst the culture that we are dancing with, playing with, moving with, where we are endeavouring to give finer expression to what we are in the deep and the discovery of that in our lives. A real practice opens that discovery. It will have you devoted to a conscious practice that breaks through into openness, warmly dissolving into ever deepening openness, arising as infinite possibility in life. As those possibilities open, an embrace from the cutting edge of life is required: embracing life exactly as it. Not needing to run from it, not needing to change it as a reaction but called to respond, a response of growing ability of pure Beingness. That is what we have been learning on this race - learning to respond as Beingness to all of life, both interior and exterior, as we commune with our inner space, as we communicate that in our group meetings and in fact, in all of life. It is to give what is awakening in us form and expression, enabling the calling to be committed to that. The commitment to participate in this marathon would have made that come alive in you. It is the same in your life. It would have breath, legs and hands. It would have lips. It would have eyes. It would have deepening consciousness, living consciousness. We were learning to run in this marathon, not from what we want from the world but as service to the Earth, and from a deeper calling to be alive as the unlimited Authentic Self.
 
As we cross this finishing line (and to let you know, this line is constantly moving on, just as you were about to cross it) you go over a threshold into a new place. As you embrace that place and you embrace life as it is, a new sense of self is being built, a new self that is enabled to bring a new light into the world as it is. That will bring change: like an artist suddenly inspired from a deep interior place, the longing arises to give that expression. We are enabling a new expression from the deep into us as Authentic Self, as this human being, offered into our culture where we are. That is the art of real life: LOVE being LOVE on the Earth, being the wonder and the glory. It is the profound, true and the beautiful: what God is in the deep.
