Discovering the thrill of real transformation was the pulse of the recent ‘The Form – Reality Practice’ retreat at beautiful Sangsurya Retreat Centre, Australia. Diving deeply into this intensive called for a big ‘Yes’ from the participants. Embracing the call for transparency and following the compelling pull into deep Being, and Being’s total movement into Becoming real forms, the discovery was that life is a cosmic teaching of undoing the self and creating the new. This reveals our unlimited creativity as human beings actively participating on the cutting edge of evolution, inspired by the highest universal potential.

Meetings with Bernie opened the doors to clarity of awareness, revealing higher values, real meaning and a fire of purpose. The Form grounding and integrating the new resonance as participants willingly let go of old structures and patterns and discovered the brightness within. To live as this brightness (our natural being) brings everything tenderly home to the heart. Living from the true pulse of life opening within, the discovery is effortless transformation and life as a continuum of amazing growth and the thrill of being alive, rather than the continuity of pain and disconnection that is ego.

The Form, as an invitation into the real, enabled individuals to see and understand what is here as Reality and how that comes alive radically as a new sense of responsibility into new forms as living, evolving consciousness. To rest and be grounded in Being was discovered as only part of this unfolding as the potential of living an utterly awakened life became evident. The discovery was that enlivened discerning awareness through radical honesty brings all forms to the heart, marrying opened tenderness with pulsating real meaning.
