Abhay Muench Abhay is a Senior Facilitator of The Form in Australia. He lives in Australia, Australia.What inspires you about The Form – Reality Practice? In all my searching I feel that I have finally arrived home. I was always searching for something. There is nowhere else to go! Love for truth. How long have you been practicing The Form? I am practicing and sharing the form for over 18 months now. What drew you to The Form originally? I was looking for something that would give me answers to the question how I can reconnect with my true authentic self. When I moved back into day to day life I most often felt that I lost the experience and connection. The practice of The Form supports me in being it anytime. How has The Form changed you, your life and relationships? I feel much more grounded in myself and have greater clarity. I see and appreciate life & people much more. I have developed a much greater discernment for what is real and what is coming from an agenda. What inspires you about teaching The Form? It inspires me to share. There is no agenda, nothing to get, yet the sharing opens me to greater depth and clarity.
