Pee Tek's ExperienceDr Pee Tek Chan's sharing on The FormI met Bernie Prior at a public talk in 2002. He was speaking on Self Realisation. I was impressed by his clarity and decided to attend his retreat. I had been earnestly meditating for more than 27 years, many years of devotion to my teachers, and assiduously attempting to follow the living principles of service, truth and love. Despite experiences of peace, stillness and equanimity through deep meditation I sensed I was 'stuck' in the boundless 'mind-space'. It was a beautiful place to be in and yet I felt trapped, unable to move beyond. On the fourth day of the retreat, I was sitting in meditation by myself, when a voice in my head said “you think you are Pee Tek”. Instantly my known self appeared to explode and fall apart. I dropped into a place of deep stillness and bliss. The next day at the retreat, Bernie was demonstrating The Form movements on me. Suddenly and unexpectedly I felt what appeared to be a 'bottomless chute' or 'tunnel' open up below me. It felt as though I was dropping speedily downwards, being pulled by a powerful suction. I was hurtling through a series of explosions of the 'Present Moment'. It was a vertical drop all the way into 'Truth'. The profundity and power of pure love and beyond was all consuming and self-annihilating. The everything and nothing was known without the need to understand. I became the embodiment where 'Source' poured through, giving birth to everything in Existence. Since then I have been in awe and wonderment of the profound beauty in life where every movement is seen as a movement towards love, or within the dance of love. The inner shift is permanent. The sense of beingness is one of freedom, released from the trap of the known. I have lost my sense of incompleteness. I bow down with my deepest gratitude to Grace, the mystery in living life, gifting through Bernie Prior, and The Form. I would like to share one of the many poems that poured through my consciousness after this event. Going Surfing I’ve been surfing
for aeons of lifetimes, caught many waves, thrown off many times. I never gave up trying to get to the other shore. Then the day arrived with the perfect weather, when my karmic checks and balances in perfect equation survived, triggering Divine Grace manifesting the perfect tidal wave. With perfect “Just Be” on my board, I glided into my biggest ever ride off the biggest ever wave. I surrendered to its forces, taking me through tunnels of multi-dimensions, eventually arriving upon the other shore, I met my beloved……… Overcome with awesome bliss of release I shook and cried uncontrollably, overwhelmed by the realisation, that I’ve finally arrived home…… Extract from the book, Sacred Surfer, Eternal Wave: a Path to Truth, Love and Freedom, 2005, Michelle Anderson Publishing Pty Ltd
