Sincerity
“Sincerity is like a raindrop, you can drop it from thousands of feet up in the sky, it can hit the top of the highest mountain but it will find its way back to the ocean. Sincerity finds the deep within yourself, finds the deep within the other. In being sincere that drop begins to gather power and it begins to take us home instantly.”

Katrina's Profile

KatrinaWhat drew you to this teaching?
At the time I met Bernie I had been experiencing a real breaking down of old patterns and ways of being and I felt that I was going a bit crazy! Meeting with Bernie reassured me that I was on the right track and that I could not go back no matter what was coming apart in my life. The transformation continues.

What really inspires you about the teaching now?
I find the ongoing evolution of the teaching to be very inspiring and I am full of gratitude every day (well most days!) to be living and working here. There is so much potential for real freedom. It offers the keys for an extra-ordinary life.

What areas do you support/work in as a member of the core group?
I am currently involved in office administration for the BPF, including the coordination of retreats, the collation of material from satsangs and workshops, and I work as part of the service team in our Chocolaterie & Restaurant.

What does it mean to you to be a member of the core group?
Being in this core group is a rare privilege. What more can I say?

How is this serving your evolution as an individual?
Old patterns can be highlighted in this way of living. I am learning about tolerance, love and compassion more than ever before – both for myself and for others. I am learning to be less personal even when living together in apparently personal type of circumstances.

What are you discovering about the evolution of the group as a whole?
Nothing is separate or divided. Our experience is unified no matter how it looks and we all serve each other even when we are experiencing conflict (maybe especially at that time).
