‘La Selva’ is nestled in the hills around Siena surrounded by forest. The natural beauty and privacy of the hotel grounds as well as the loving care of its staff provide a perfect environment for the profound inner-outer (and beyond!) journey we embark on. The hotel has just completed the building of a new wing, with a brand new air-conditioned hall, a wonderful space with expansive views, for our sessions.
Siena, San Gimignano as well as the famous Chianti region are close by and those are just the better-known places! Wherever you lay your eyes in this area its beauty, art, architecture, culture and of course, culinary pleasure are evident! Yes, we forgot to mention the deliciously creative and authentic Italian cuisine provided by the chefs at Hotel La Selva, who last year took great joy at our obvious enjoyment of their palatable gifts.
Cost includes
- Teaching - 12 days of sessions with Bernie and the learning/deepening in the complete sequence of The Form - Reality Practice™ (Parts 1–5)
- All meals - based on: delicious Italian cuisine, largely incorporating home-grown organic produce. Meals are predominantly vegetarian with some fish/chicken meals. We endeavour to cater for special dietary requirements, to the best of our ability. Please advise us if this applies to you.
- Accommodation – is shared, in comfortable double (couples), twin and triple hotel rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Women share with women, men with men.
Day Trips
Two day trips are planned for the group: to Assisi, the home of St Francis and to the picturesque medieval hill town San Gimignano. The cost for these trips will be additional, purely to cover the expense of transport.

The Form Teacher Training
At the end of the 12 - day retreat, you are eligible to join The Form Teacher Training Programme to become an Accredited Teacher.Following the retreat is a two day Teacher Training Session, 26th & 27th July, which can be your entry into the programme. This is an ongoing discovery of The Form as an evolutionary practice and a commitment to an amazing journey with a global group of inspired teachers!
